During the visit to Coba Ruins the guide will stay at the bus, the customer will have free time and they have to meet the guide at the bus at a set time, if the customer is not at the bus as instructed, the transportation will leave and no refund will be provided

If the customer is staying at Tulum, the Playa Del Carmen stop will be skipped The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the servicee
