• Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Accessibility and practical details

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Snorkel is not available for non-swimmers, people over 59 years old or children under 10 years old
• In the event that whale sharks can't be found, other marine species will be spotted such as Manta Rays, Dolphins & Turtles (refunds won't be available)
• Travelers must bring towels, swim suit and a change of clothes
• Does not include dock fee of 20 USD per person paid at the marina
• The marina of departure is located at Cancun
• Pregnant travelers can't participate
• Children can only participate in the snorkel with the company of one parent or guardian
• Sunscreen is not allowed in order to protect the marine environment
