- Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

- Traveler must bring towel, swim suit and change of clothes
- Biodegradable sunscreen is the only one allowed (small amounts)
- A ferry will be used to get to and back from the island, a regular motor boat will be used for the snorkel once on the island
- Snorkel is not available for non-swimmers, people over 59 years old or children under 10 years old
- The tour lasts around 12 hours, from that the transportation time lasts around 5 hours and the rest of the time is spent at activities or locations
- Infants are required to sit on the laps of it's guardian
- Pregnant travelers can't participate
