  • Maximum waiting time is 25 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. After that, an additional charge of 250 Mexican pesos for the first hour will be applied.
  • If a change of terminal is required due to the incorrect information submitted, a fee of 300 Mexican pesos will be charged.
  • Changes of dates or times must be submitted up to 48 hours before the service.
  • Late evening, night and early morning services (8 PM to 8 AM) are subject to a surcharge of 350 pesos payable directly to the driver.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
