Whether you are an experienced water enthusiast or trying parasailing for the first time, our staff will guide you throughout the activity, with special assistance available for non-swimmers.
Soar up to 80 meters above the Caribbean and take in spectacular panoramic views of Cancun's coastline and turquoise waters. The effective flight time in the air is approximately 10 minutes. Please allow additional time for the complete experience, including check-in, safety instructions, boarding the boat, the boat ride to the parasailing area, and preparation before and after your flight.
To provide personalized attention, our boats operate with small groups of up to 10 people. Larger groups can also be accommodated upon special request.

Itinerary and highlights
Please note that the actual flight time in the air is approximately 10 minutes. The total activity takes longer, as guests must first complete check-in, receive safety instructions, board the boat, and travel to the parasailing area. Once on location, participants are securely prepared and assisted onto the parasailing equipment before taking flight. After the flight, guests return to the boat and are transported back to the marina.
The entire process is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and exciting experience from arrival to return, with professional staff assisting you throughout the activity.

- The weight limit is 180 kg. Either alone or accompanied.
- The dock fee for the parasail flight at Playa Tortugas will be $10.00 USD per person.
- 1. The parasail flight will no longer operate at our Punta Sam location and will now be concentrated at Playa Tortugas in the Cancun hotel zone.
- The parasail flight will not include ground transportation; clients must arrange their own transportation to Playa Tortugas to participate in this activity.
- Parasailing Flight Time: The actual flight lasts approximately 10 minutes per participant**. Additional time is required for check-in, boarding, waiting your turn, and the preparation and operation of the boat.
