- Please notice this service is ONLY for Tulum Area, if you want to book to Cancun or Playa del Carmen destinations, you need to change for the correct product. As soon as we receive your reservation we will be confirming it immediately according to the desired vehicle. When your plane lands, we kindly ask you to communicate via WhatsApp with our operations staff. Leaving the terminal, our staff will be waiting for you in a black uniform with our logo and a palette with our logo.
