Meeting and pickup information
- If you do not require pick-up service, please report to the OXXO in Playa Tortugas. A uniformed companion will be waiting to verify your reservation and accompany you to the check-in area. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before departure time.
- We offer pick-up service from selected hotels in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos and Isla Mujeres. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to the tour according to your hotel location. We recommend that you be ready in the main lobby of your hotel at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If your accommodation is outside our coverage area, we will provide you with the closest meeting point available.
