- The tour includes approximately 5 hours on Cozumel. The total duration, including pickup in Cancun, transfer to Playa del Carmen, ferry crossing, and transfer to the buggy meeting point, is approximately 10 hours, depending on traffic and transportation times.
- In case of no show, it will not be refundable and there will be a charge for not showing up on the day of the tour or for cancellation the same day of the tour, in case of rescheduling you will have to pay the tour again
- All children aged 4 to 10 who are taller than 1.20 cm would pay adult price.
