we depart everyday from cancun aiport 4 pre scheduled times 10:15, 13:00, 15:45 and 18:00 on the shared shuttle we only pickup terminal 2 domestic.

after board the van is two hours ride to get to Chiquila Port 

last ferry to Holbox is 21:30 hrs everyday

• We depart from Terminal 2 (Domestic Arrivals), right across the crosswalk from the ADO counter, near platform #33. You need be at least 10 minutes before our departure time.
• How to Get to Terminal 2 Domestic? If you land at a different terminal, there is a free inter-terminal shuttle that departs approximately every 20 minutes to other terminals. Once you arrive at Terminal 2 Domestic, next to Gate 8, there is an access with a security guard. *Tell him you have a shuttle reservation* and he will allow you to enter the terminal's arrivals area. Walk straight ahead until you see the ADO counter .
• We are not responsible for flight delays.
• We are NOT responsible for forgotten items. BEFORE EXITING THE VAN, PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ANYTHING.
• Do *NOT* ask anyone at the airport for help, as they may give you incorrect information and result in your loss of service. Holbox Shuttle is *NOT* responsible for cash payments to other people at the airport.
