- WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION, THERE IS NO MEETING POINT IN PUERTO MORELOS. You should arrive at the park on your own if you choose this option. This option does not include transportation and is only available to those who choose the tour option to arrive on their own.
- We go for you to your hotel in Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya, if we do not have availability at your hotel, the meeting point is outside Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen, you will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour.
- We will come for you to your hotel in Cancun and Costa Mujeres, if we do not have availability in your hotel, the meeting point is outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel, the pickup time will receive you one day before the tour.
- - Pickup time will be received one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pickup time, please check your mail including SPAM folder. - If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - Meeting points for travellers on airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up area or any other location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Tulum Avenue - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen : Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point is in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability.
