Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point The pick up time is set acording to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service The 9:30 schedule pick ups start at 7:30 am, and the 12:00 pm pick ups starts at 10:30 Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. - We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation
- Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am
- Guests in Tulum you have to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo wich is the closest meeting point only one time apply 09:30 am
- The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
- If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV
