- The time is the hour when the boat leaves, so you need to be at the marina 15 minutes before that hour to check in on time. Important: If you drive your own vehicle, please note that there is no public parking, you will have to pay for it.
- Round-trip transportation is included from most hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. IMPORTANT: the Start Time is NOT your Pickup time. It depends on your hotel's location. Please be aware of your pickup details.

- For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
